We love running and want to share our passion with the community.

Rock n Road Run Co. is a place to drop in for advice on training (everything from first jogs to off-road ultra's), as well as being a place to grab a coffee and snack and chat about all things running and racing. We'd love to be a centre for all Jersey run-related fun and welcome all runners & run clubs. We have some of the best brands in the business and offer a great range of trail and road running shoes and apparel, something to suit every body and every style of running.

As well as the gear, we also offer gait analysis, training plans, coaching, and strength training to help people improve their run as well as group runs for those who simply want some company and motivation.
